Registration & Selection Process

• Registration Deadline: December 10, 2025

• Initial Entry: Each team must upload a 1-minute performance video for preliminary evaluation

• Shortlisting: 12 teams will be selected and notified by December 12, 2025

• Registration Fee: ₹1000 per team (non-refundable), payable at the time of registration

• Confirmation: Selected teams must confirm participation within the given timeframe after shortlisting.

Judging & Results

• ⁠Performances will be evaluated based on: Synchronization and coordination

  Choreography and creativity

  Energy, stage presence, and overall impact. All evaluations will be based strictly on dance quality.

• The judging score breakdown and credits will be provided to the selected teams after they are chosen.

• Judges’ decisions are final and binding.

• ⁠Any form of misconduct or violation of rules may lead to disqualification.

Performance Guidelines

• Each team is allowed a maximum 8 minutes performance

• Teams must have a minimum of 5 members and a maximum of 18 members⁠

• Only one team per participant is permitted.

• All dance styles are welcome; no style will receive any additional weightage.

• The inclusion of props or thematic concepts will not contribute to additional points in the judging criteria. All evaluations will be based strictly on dance quality.

• The final performance track must be submitted prior to the event in the prescribed format (Pen drive).

Prizes

• 🥇 1st Prize: ₹50,000 + Ever-Rolling Trophy

• 🥈 2nd Prize: ₹30,000 + Trophy

• 🥉 3rd Prize: ₹20,000 + Trophy

• ⁠All other shortlisted teams will receive a ₹1500 reimbursement.
